Rendezvous is a service provided by KOYONAMI PTE. LTD. ("Koyonami"), and your use of the Services is also subject to Koyonami's policies and guidelines.

6. Ticketing Policies

  1. No Refunds or Exchanges: All ticket sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, tickets purchased for events that you can no longer attend.
  2. Event Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, the event organizer is solely responsible for handling refunds and other related issues. Rendezvous is not liable for any refunds or damages related to canceled events.
  3. Transferability and Resale: Tickets may be transferable or resalable at the discretion of the event organizer. Please review the specific terms of each event for more information.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided on our platform, including but not limited to artist profiles, music, event listings, and branding, is the property of Koyonami or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws in Singapore. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written consent from Koyonami.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Our platform may integrate third-party services, such as payment processors (e.g., Stripe), social media platforms, and other service providers. These third-party services are subject to their own terms and conditions, and you agree to comply with their terms when using their services through our platform. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that we may share your information with third-party service providers to facilitate the Services.

9. Event and Artist Disclaimers

Rendezvous serves as a platform for connecting users with event organizers and artists. We do not control or manage the events listed on our platform and are not responsible for the quality of performances, event logistics, or any personal injury or property damage that may occur at events. Users acknowledge that attending events carries inherent risks, and they assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from their participation. Event details, including time, location, and lineup, are subject to change without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

Our liability to you for any damages or losses arising from your use of the platform is limited to the total amount paid by you for the relevant services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill. In the event of a dispute, you agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration or mediation in Singapore. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

11. User Account Suspension/Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account at our discretion for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, abuse of our platform, or engagement in illegal activities. We may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice, and we are not liable for any loss of data or access resulting from such action. Users may appeal account suspensions or terminations by contacting us, but the final decision will rest with Koyonami.

We employ a variety of security measures to ensure the security of your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
